Training and Placement Cell of the Institute help students assess their career interests while working with them to develop a career strategy and providing them with an opportunity to interact with some of the most prestigious firms of the country like Infosys, Wipro, Birlasoft, Syntel, Mahindra-tech, I-Flex, Samtel, HCL, L&T Infotech, GECIS, Genpact, etc. For proper in-house training, following programmes are provided for value addition: Software Development Centre of the Institute provides on-campus training on Live Project development, as an Industry-Institute Interaction initiative. Business Tie-up with ASPIRE for empowering students with employability skills with special focus on personality enhancement, communication skills and soft skills. Scope for training and placement is being widened in collaboration with "CAREER INFORMATION, TRAINING & PLACEMENT CENTRE (CITPC)" of Ewing Christian College, a fully dedicated centre established to cater around 4000 students of ECC and ECIMT. CITPC will also be providing training and testing facility for short term professional courses like MCSE, MCITP, MCSA, CCNA, RHCE, System Administration, Network Administration, Security Administration, Hardware Assembling and Troubleshooting, etc. The training and placement cell of the Institute also organizes summer training for the students in diverse organizations. Essential aspects of the training and placement cell include personality development programme, shaping of a positive attitude, development of interpersonal communication skills, grooming technical knowledge and developing profound skills for facing professional challenges of the IT industry. Regular interaction with other Institutions & Industry is done to update our database on employment opportunities. Regular seminars / workshops / quizzes / group discussions / written tests are held to assist our graduates become responsible and skilled professionals.
